Our services have been used on major projects with capital costs up to A$1 billion. Projenco developed and implemented strategies for relationship contracting on the Roe 7 Alliance (a highway project), the Perth Seawater Desalination Plant Alliance, the Trakindo Alliance (Indonesia), the Bakewell Bridge Replacement Project (South Australia), the Koolyanobbing Alliance (a major iron ore operation in Western Australia), the BBUGL Alliance in Alberta Canada (a $1 billion+ power transmission program alliance) and many others.
