Projenco Appointed to Establish a Maintenance Project Delivery Alliance

The Department of Treasury and Finance Western Australia’s Building Management and Works (BMW) aims to establish a Maintenance Project Delivery Alliance (Alliance) to project manage the delivery of building maintenance projects in the Perth metropolitan area.

BMW currently leads the planning and delivery of Government building maintenance with services being delivered through a mix of internal staff and external service providers.

The Alliance will comprise a single integrated team of public and private sector Project Managers/Officers who deliver restoration maintenance, improvement projects and routine maintenance for government agencies in the metropolitan area. The Alliance will be expected to achieve outstanding results where projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet quality expectations.

Projenco has been appointed as Alliance Project Manager and Facilitator to assist with development of the alliance framework and preparation of tender and contract documentation.
