Our consultants are experts in the deployment of business excellence principles as well as being highly skilled facilitators of group decision-making and team-based processes.

Projenco’s consultants have a breadth of experience in developing and implementing relationship-based strategies along the customer-supplier value chain. We use a facilitation and coaching approach, working alongside clients from initial strategy development to implementation and ongoing management.
Our intent at all times is to be viewed as a facilitator or coach, mindful of the important role of organic team leaders. We do not usurp leadership; rather, we strive to develop the leadership skills of others.
Our consultants are equally at home facilitating boards of management or workplace teams, working at a personal level to build trust, open communication and increase mutual understanding. They keep the group on-track, focusing on appropriate issues for the right amount of time and ensuring participation by all group members. Our focus is on people – we motivate people working in teams to think differently and encourage innovative ideas and creative solutions.
Projenco provides specialist relationship management, organisational psychology, technical writing and editing, and graphic design skills to build a team perfectly suited to the task. We produce high-quality output documents and reports that provide an excellent record of all activities undertaken.
