Strategic Procurement

Projenco provides Strategic Procurement services to assist clients to build strategies for developing Strategic Relationships with key suppliers and service providers.

An analysis of procurement expenditure is undertaken to determine areas where enhanced relationships and targeted process measurement and process improvement can deliver step improvement and greater value.

We work with clients to determine the type of relationships required in each commodity or service area. In selected areas we assist clients to implement performance monitoring systems and integrated team-based process management and process improvement structures.
